About me

Andrea Boscaro

I attended the Institute of Art in Venice, and after completing my studies, I participated in several oil painting courses, where over the years, I honed my technique. My passion for figurative art also led to me becoming interested in photography and gaining a lot of experience in the field of nature photography.

My work is characterized by going out into the field to hunt for the subjects I want to paint on the canvas, often imagining the painting as I look through the viewfinder of my camera.

From this combination, I forged my own personal artistic style: attention to detail and a search in the vast lagoon environment for subjects to portray. I carefully select my shots, which I later process and personalize into oil paintings.

My diverse interests have led me to give an artistic perspective to the motorsport theme as well. As a big fan of Valentino Rossi, I have also produced some artwork on this theme; this for me is a recent line of exploration, and I presently have several projects in mind.

Two seemingly contrasting worlds, motors and nature, come together in my artistic vision through the careful attention to detail and the ongoing search for the best way to express them.

My Story


  • 2023 - Logo PitturiAmo The artist was selected by PitturiAmo to receive a nationally recognised award, based on the professionality of his curriculum.
  • 2023 - Fourth place in the competition, “Ettore Fieramosca”, organised by the network PitturiAmo Italia and the gallery Zerouno di Barletta.

  • 2022 - Logo Luxembourg Art Prize Luxembourg Art Prize - Award of the annual international art prize organised by “La Pinacothèque”, a private museum in The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
  • 2022 - Participation in the project “On Tour London’’, a group exhibition at the London gallery known as ‘’The Crypt Gallery”.
  • 2022 - Participation in the art exhibition “Sfumature Armoniche’’ in the halls of Palazzo Colonna in Rome.
  • 2007-2014 - Study of various courses on art techniques (oil painting, acrylic painting and) at “L’Università Camponogora’’ in Italy.
  • 2006 - “Maestro d’arte”, a qualification gained at L’istituo statale d’Arte di Venezia, in Italy.
